Massage

Therapeutic massage allows the body to unwind and offers the nervous system time to relax and reset. Each session is customized to meet your individual needs and goals. Therapeutic massage may include Swedish, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Acupressure, and/or other techniques.

Deep Tissue massage offers firm pressure with slow movement to target deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Deep Tissue is often used to promote healing, improve mobility, and reduce stress.

Prenatal massage provides the client with deep relaxation and physical support during all stages of pregnancy and the postpartum period. It incorporates massage techniques to decrease swelling, relieve pain, and nurture the whole person.
