Jessica’s path into healthcare began with an introduction to yoga and Eastern spirituality. Combining a bachelor’s degree in psychology, she is deeply interested in the body-mind connection and inspired by the beauty of Chinese Medicine which looks to the elements in nature to understand disharmony in the body. Jessica treats hormonal imbalances, depression, anxiety, skin conditions, autoimmunity, digestive issues, and enjoys supporting all stages of pregnancy.
